Had a small leak in my slab. I already knew exactly where the leak was, but just needed it fixed. The first day the guy was there for 3 hours that was $750, and all he did was dig out where I told him the leak was. The second day he came back to actually fix the problem. Spent about 6 hours rerouting One Plumbing line and charged me 1700.00$ for it!!! The work was good and the leak never came back but $2400.00 for 9 hours of work... I spoke to another plumber a few days after and he told me that would have done the same work for $1000. I GOT RIPPED OFF, DON'T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!

We had a scheduled appointment due to a leak that caused us to have to shut our water off for 3 days. The company was aware of this and pulled a no show. No phone call to cancel or reschedule either. Very unprofessional.

Stay far far away from this company!I had my hot water heater go out so I called East coast plumbing. They initially charged us $900 to replace the hot water heater which is a bit high, but we went through with it, because we needed hot water. A few hours later I went to take a shower. No hot water still. Call them back andI was told that there was no way that it was the hot water heater that it had to be a pipe under ground, but that they would come back out and see what the problem was. So East Coast Plumbing comes out the second time finds out that the hot water heater wasn't installed correctly and wasn't working. Replaced the hot water heater and hands us a $500 bill. When confronted with this was their mistake we were told"I still need to charge for labor, do you expect me to do a job for free?" So we paid the $500 so we didn't have any confrontation, but WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. When you do bad work that makes you responsible and you need to eat the cost of it not me.

We called them out on a Saturday to fix our shower (no cold water). He came out, drilled through the screw that holds the handle on, and then proceeded to NOT fix the problem. He said he couldn't figure out what was wrong, and then charged us a $95 diagnostic fee. I have no problem with the fee, but the least he could do was fix the handle. I told him we'll probably go through a home warranty to fix it and he says their company doesn't work with home warranty groups.

When pulling on a hose I ripped the exterior faucet off the side of my house on a Sunday afternoon. Fortunately the cut off was just below this faucet but now I have no water in the house. East Coast Plumbing took my info and told me they would call me back with an ETA. About 20 minutes later one of their plumbers, Dave, called back and said he would be there within 2 hours and gave me an estimate based on my description. About an hour later Dave arrived and had it fixed better than new in about 30 minutes.

I called Friday morning. I was told someone would be out either Monday or Tuesday. Someone was at the house waiting 72 hours for these people to show up and they never did. No phone call, nothing. I had to disconnect the sink and put a bucket underneath the counter because of their lack of integrity. If you can’t come then FINE! But let me freaking know. By 7pm Tuesday night I found someone else that came out extremely prompt and fixed it without issue. Based on the other reviews I’m certain this minor issue would have costs hundreds at this place. Although it frustrated me that they never showed, I’m glad I wasn’t ripped off. Scammers.

I have used East Coast Plumbing Co for over 20 years. They are the best Plumbing Company in Brevard! Every Plumbing Company has a bad apple in their staff that doesn't know exactly how to fix the problem and may not report it back to the office. Dave is awesome and can fix anything. The owner is great and if you call the office they will get someone back out to fix your problem as soon as possible!!

I have dealt with East Coast Plumbing for several years. They are prompt, professional, CLEAN, and priced fairly for the work they do. I highly recommended them!
